Full-Time Benefits of the robo 4 wafer dicing technician: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Scheduled raises and salary reviews Stable shop with long-term customer relationships Continuous learning and skill development Weekly pay Duties of the robo 4 wafer dicing technician: Operate Disco dicing saws, Robo lapping tools, and CMP equipment Perform chemical mechanical polishing for surface finishes Set up and monitor pressure, speed, and slurry flow Execute accurate dicing of wafers and substrates Conduct inspections using microscopes and profilometers Follow work instructions, travelers, and SOPs Record process data in logs and MES systems Assist engineering with process improvements and test runs Requirements of the robo 4 wafer dicing technician: Experience with Robo lapping, Disco dicing, or CNC operation High school diploma or Votech degree Strong mechanical aptitude Familiarity with metrology tools and wafer handling Background in cleanroom or precision fabrication
