What You'll Be Building You'll be making architectural stone — the stone facades you see on hospitals, universities, and commercial buildings. Day to day you'll:

• Pour and compact material into casting molds
• Assemble and break down mold setups on the production line
• Run quality and dimensional checks on finished pieces
• Operate batching equipment, forklifts, and production tools

What actually matters:

you show up, you give a damn about quality, and you're willing to learn. Mechanical aptitude or construction background is a plus, not a requirement.
