  • we'll train you. Aurora Organic Dairy is hiring a Batching Operator for our Columbia, MO plant. If you're mechanically curious, like hands-on work, and want a stable full-time role with real room to grow, we want to hear from you. We provide in-house certification and hands-on training
  • you bring the work ethic; we'll teach you the rest. Our mission is to deliver organic dairy integrity, from cow to carton, to everyone, everywhere
  • and that starts with the people on our plant floor. We're guided by values of Teamwork, Excellence, and Stewardship, and every Batching Operator plays a direct role in living those out. What you'll be doing Learning to run our blender, separator, thermizer, and remix systems
