This position plays an important role in producing the apparel used for our running events across the country. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing a quality finished product, and wants to learn and grow in a small-team environment. Previous screen-printing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for helping manage the apparel printing process from setup through finished product.
Responsibilities include:
Set up and operate screen-printing equipment to produce event apparel. Prepare screens, inks, garments, and other materials for production. Load and align apparel to ensure consistent print placement. Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed. Properly cure printed garments and verify finished products meet quality standards. Break down, clean, reclaim, and prepare screens for future jobs. Mix and manage inks and printing supplies. Keep screen-printing equipment clean and in good working condition. Perform routine equipment maintenance and identify issues before they become larger problems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area. Assist with folding, sorting, counting, and preparing completed apparel for upcoming events. Work with the team to meet production deadlines, especially during busy race seasons. Assist with other production and warehouse needs when necessary. What We're Looking For You do not need to be an experienced screen printer to be successful in this position. We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ready to work. Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Enjoys working with their hands and learning new skills. Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in quality work. Can follow instructions and established production processes. Is comfortable working independently once trained. Works well as part of a small team. Can stay organized while managing multiple production jobs and deadlines. Is willing to clean and maintain equipment as part of the job—not just operate it. Is comfortable working in a production/shop environment. Can stand for extended periods and perform the physical tasks associated with apparel production. Experience No previous screen-printing experience is required. Experience with screen printing, apparel production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or similar hands-on work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. More important to us is finding someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn the entire screen-printing process.
