PDS Tech is hiring Production Associates in Hazelwood, MO for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with all three shifts available. We're looking for people who are dependable, ready to work, and have experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse operations, packing, assembly, material handling, or machine operation.

Position Overview
As a Production Associate, you'll support daily manufacturing operations by handling materials, operating production equipment,pleting packaging and assembly tasks, and checking products for quality. You'll receive training on the processes and equipment needed to be successful in the role.

Hazelwood, MO
Pay Rate:
$18.00hour plus shift differential
Shifts:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available
What You'll Do
Perform hands-on production and manufacturing work.
Operate production equipment after training.
Assemble, package, and prepare products according to established procedures.
Inspect products for quality and identify defects or issues.
Handle and move materials throughout the production area.
Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Complete production paperwork and required documentation.
Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work area.
Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality.
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For
Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or material handling experience is preferred.
Machine operation experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality.
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
Basic math skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to work the assigned shift and overtime when needed.

Pay Details:
$18.00 to $19.44 per hour
