Key Responsibilities Safely operate and monitor production equipment and machinery along the manufacturing line. Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet strict food safety and company standards. Pack, stack, and stage finished products for shipping and distribution. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation protocols. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate mechanical needs to the maintenance team. Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to meet daily production goals. Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by production demands. attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently. Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs for extended 8-to-12-hour shifts. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that includes varying temperatures, loud noises, and moving machinery.
