We're currently looking for Team Leads to help lead our production teams and support the next phase of growth at QCS. When will I start? Where will I be located? This role is based on-site at our Kansas City, MO facility. Start date is flexible. Who will I report to? You will report directly to Production Leadership and work closely with other Team Leads, Production Support, and fellow team members throughout the facility. Who will report to me? You will directly support and lead a production team of approximately 5-7 assemblers and production employees. What will I do? As a Team Lead, you will serve as a player-coach on the production floor. You'll spend part of your day building product alongside your team while also providing direction, training, support, and accountability to ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently. You'll help organize daily work, answer questions, remove obstacles, and ensure team members have the tools, materials, and information needed to be successful. You'll work closely with Production Leadership to communicate priorities, monitor progress, and address issues before they impact quality or delivery. Day to day, you'll support production activities, monitor work quality, train new employees, reinforce standard work instructions, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment. You'll be expected to lead by example through your attitude, work ethic, attendance, and commitment to quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to play an active role in building a strong team culture. Success in this role means creating a team that consistently delivers quality work, meets production expectations, supports one another, and operates safely and efficiently. What will I make? Team Leads typically earn $23-$28 per hour , depending on experience, leadership background, and relevant manufacturing experience. We also offer opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow. What are the requirements?
