Job Description
Job Summary The
NIGHT SHIFT
Production Laborer / Equipment Operator is responsible for manufacturing stormwater products, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily production goals in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely. Load and unload materials. Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Maintain quality standards. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. Complete required production paperwork. Work with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsMUST HAVE RESUME
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing or equipment operation experience preferred. Experience with hand tools preferred . Strong attention to detail and safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs. Ability to work around moving machinery and equipment.Schedule/Shift Day Shift:
7am- 4pm•$17/ hr
Evenings:
4pm- 2am•$18/ hr Monday•Friday Overtime and Saturday work may be required due to weather
