A Day in the Life of a Food Production Team Member … Each day you'll play an important role in keeping our production lines moving and ensuring high-quality snacks reach our customers.

A typical shift may include:

Preparing workstations, equipment, and materials for production. Feeding raw materials or packaging supplies into machines. Monitoring equipment during operation and adjusting settings as needed. Inspecting product and packaging for quality and accuracy. Manually packing, labeling, or stacking finished product. Completing production paperwork and counts. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas. Key Responsibilities Production Support Operate or assist with processing and packaging equipment. Keep raw materials and supplies stocked at workstations. Maintain production flow by responding quickly to line needs. Quality & Food Safety Inspect products for proper appearance, weight, and code dating. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Report any defective product or equipment concerns immediately. Teamwork & Communication Work closely with other production team members, Quality Assurance, and supervisors. Communicate effectively to relay instructions or report issues. Assist teammates during changeovers or high-demand periods. Safety & Cleanliness Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE. Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Participate in end-of-shift cleaning and sanitation. What we're looking for … High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in food manufacturing or general production a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Positive attitude, good communication skills, and reliability. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 40+ lbs. regularly (occasionally 50+ lbs. with assistance). Standing for long periods and performing repetitive motions. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
