Job Description
Join the Walker's Fresh team today! Walker's Food Products is a food manufacturer producing the highest quality deli salads, sides, dips, and desserts. We are currently seeking new people to join our team! We value our employees and strive to make it a good working environment where you join a family. We need people to be flexible with the hours needed to complete our production day. Our shifts are currently Monday-Thursday and the days are between 10-12 hours. Here is what you can expect for the role: Exposure to cool/cold/wet working environment. Long days during busy season. Long periods of standing and/or walking. Lifting, bending, pushing, carrying and holding is necessary often. Job Requirements Able to adjust work schedule as needed. Able to communicate with all levels of employees. Operating, maintaining and sanitizing mixing, grinding, cooking, cooling, and packaging equipment. Display proactive thinking, and manage processes and assigned projects. Must work with others in a manner that promotes cooperation, cohesiveness and a high level of communication. Follow all safety, HACCP, FSMA, USDA, FDA, GMP rules and regulations as well as company policy and procedure. High school diploma preferred. Spanish language a plus.
