We focus on quality workmanship, accurate production, and reliable service for automotive and commercial customers. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production, material preparation, inventory, and shop operations. Position Overview The Production Assistant helps prepare materials and support the production team throughout the vehicle graphics and wrapping process. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone interested in production, automotive graphics, materials, and operations . Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing vinyl, graphics, tools, and materials for production. Organize materials and supplies for upcoming projects. Assist production team members with daily shop activities. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials. Maintain accurate inventory of vinyl, supplies, and production materials. Prepare and stage materials according to project requirements. Label and organize materials and completed work. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area. Help inspect materials and finished work for accuracy and quality. Track material usage and report shortages or damaged materials. Assist with packaging, storage, and preparation of completed products. Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Perform other production and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous production, warehouse, automotive, manufacturing, or graphics experience is a plus but not required . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes. Basic computer skills preferred. Comfortable working in a hands-on environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move materials during the workday. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
