Whether you're experienced in warehouse work or new to factory settings, this position provides a supportive environment to grow your career. 100% Company-Paid Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision Wage increases with regular performance reviews Overtime available 9 Paid Holidays Weekly pay 1st Shift - 6AM-2:30PM Responsibilities Support the production line by assembling components using hand tools and mechanical knowledge Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility to ensure safety and efficiency Conduct quality checks on products during different stages of production Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials within the warehouse or production area Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or issues immediately Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is a plus Experience operating forklifts, power tools, or hand tools is highly desirable; certification is a bonus Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Join us in creating quality products while advancing your skills in a vibrant manufacturing environment.
