Production Associate Schedule:

Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule | 12-Hour Shifts (Days & Nights) Job Summary We are seeking a Production Associate to support casting, furnace operations, material handling, and quality control in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely operating production equipment, moving materials, monitoring processes, and maintaining production records. Responsibilities Operate casting, furnace, and production equipment. Monitor casting operations and maintain product quality standards. Charge furnaces, handle materials, and perform furnace-related tasks. Operate forklifts and front-end loaders to move materials and finished products. Conduct quality checks using testing and measuring equipment. Record production data, equipment readings, and quality results. Follow all safety procedures and plant guidelines. Assist with training new team members and supporting daily operations. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or heavy industrial environments. Forklift and/or front-end loader experience preferred. Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and machinery. Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity. Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
