Duties Operate machines such as Core and Mold Machines, finish grinding, shot blast, and bandsaw to produce products accurately and efficiently, following detailed instructions and safety guidelines. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet specifications and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not necessary. Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks with precision. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent teamwork skills.
