• Part-time Etta Hills Farm is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our regenerative farm team.

This role is primarily focused on egg production (collection, washing, and packaging) , while also supporting general farm operations as needed. You will play a key role in ensuring our eggs meet high standards for cleanliness, quality, and consistency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and values regenerative agriculture. Hours will vary week to week based on production needs, typically ranging from 25-40 hours per week .

Responsibilities:

Egg Production (Primary Focus): Collect eggs from nest boxes multiple times per day Wash, dry, candle, and package eggs according to farm standards Label and organize cartons for storage and distribution Change and clean nest box mats regularly Monitor egg production and report any issues Maintain a clean and organized egg washing and packing area Farm Operations (Secondary Support): Assist with general farm chores as needed Help maintain clean and organized workspaces Support livestock and infrastructure tasks when required

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working around chickens and farm environments Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous farm experience is helpful but not required . Training will be provided.

Schedule:

Part-time position Flexible hours Typically 25-40 hours per week Some weekend work required

Compensation:

$13/hour during initial probationary period Opportunity to increase to $15 + /hour based on performance and reliability Paid biweekly
