You'll be: Assembling products and components according to work instructions and quality standards under the direction of the Production Supervisor Inspecting materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies Packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment Sorting, counting, and organizing materials, parts, and finished goods Maintaining accurate production and inventory records Replenishing workstations with necessary materials and supplies Keeping the work area clean and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards Following all safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements Reporting quality concerns, damaged materials, or safety hazards Assisting team members to meet daily production goals and performing general production duties as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) Bring previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience (preferred but not required) Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality Are able to safely lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Can stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift) Are comfortable working in an industrial setting with regular exposure to chemicals and required use of PPE What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
