As a Production Associate , you'll play a critical role in supporting our Assembly, Russell Assembly, and Packaging departments. This is a versatile position perfect for someone who enjoys variety, likes working with their hands, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Assemble performance automotive products and components Package and prepare products for shipment to customers worldwide Pull, organize, and stage materials for production and shipping Follow work instructions and production specifications Perform quality checks to ensure products meet Edelbrock standards Operate hand tools and material handling equipment as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support multiple production areas based on business needs What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Why Join Edelbrock?
