Position Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join our production team in Verona, MS . Manufacturing Associates will support daily production operations in the Master Flux and Material Handling departments by assisting with machine operation, assembly, material movement, and other manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well in a team environment, and can maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Essential Responsibilities Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations. Operate machinery and equipment as trained and directed. Assemble products and components according to production requirements. Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the production area. Perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines. Meet established production and quality expectations. Work effectively with team members and supervisors to keep production running efficiently. Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regular heavy lifting. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to work in warm industrial conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be available to work Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM , with Fridays and Saturdays as needed .
