6:00 PM•6:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Baldwyn, MS. In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor manufacturing processes, and help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in producing quality products. Primary Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting daily production goals. Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain product quality and productivity. Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical or operational concerns. Assist with basic preventive maintenance and machine changeovers as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines. Accurately complete production documentation and communicate with supervisors regarding production issues. Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes. Ability to follow written work instructions and production procedures. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift. Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
