Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Worker, where you'll play a vital role in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of industrial machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment such as CNC machines, stamping presses, and fabrication tools within a fast-paced factory environment. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality production, safety compliance, and efficient materials handling. We are committed to fostering a collaborative atmosphere that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery including CNC lathes, milling machines, press brakes, stamping presses, and flexo presses to meet production specifications. Program and set up CNC equipment utilizing CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files, CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software, and CNC programming techniques. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and engineering specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Fanuc systems, and other automation controls to minimize downtime. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; assist with inventory management and packaging processes. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and maintain quality control standards. Support fabrication tasks including welding, tooling setup, and assembly line operations while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of machine operations, inspections, and quality checks for continuous process improvement. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience working with machining equipment or fabrication tools is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with CNC programming (Fanuc controls preferred), CAM software, CAD design tools like SolidWorks or similar programs. Knowledge of mechanical systems, tooling setup, blueprint reading, GD&T principles, and precision measurement instruments. Familiarity with operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and flexo presses. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, assembly line workflows, materials handling, welding, and packaging. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for quality assurance. Warehouse experience or familiarity with factory safety standards enhances your candidacy. Embark on a career where your technical skills drive manufacturing excellence! We're dedicated to supporting your growth through ongoing training opportunities in machining techniques and safety practices—empowering you to excel in a vibrant industrial environment.
