Job Description
HTI is hiring Assembly Operators at Solero Technologies in Water Valley, MS . These are temp-to-hire manufacturing roles with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime. What You'll Do As an Assembly Operator, you will: Assemble products and components by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) Operate basic production and assembly equipment Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area Complete other duties as assigned Schedule & Pay 1st Shift — $12.50
- 12.75/hr 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM 2nd Shift — $13.20
- 13.45/hr 3:00 PM
- 11:00 PM 3rd Shift — $13.50
- 13.75/hr 11:00 PM
