Production & Sanitation Team Member Are you a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards? Do you want to be a key player in crafting premium, clean-label dessert sauces? We are looking for a dedicated Production & Sanitation Team Member to join our growing team.
Schedule:
Work Days:
Monday -
Thursday Hours:
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-hour days)
Breaks:
30-minute unpaid lunch break We're a dessert sauce manufacturer seeking a dedicated individual to assist in our production process. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved from cooking to packaging, playing a crucial part in our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamic Workflow:
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly transitioning between cooking support, labeling, and palletizing to keep the production line moving efficiently.
Packaging:
Label and box jars, and build and stack pallets with pails (5, 10, 20, and 50 lbs) or jars. This includes repetitive lifting of materials and pails of varying weights.
Sanitation & Maintenance:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks to maintain a spotless and safe food production environment.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with the team to ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are exceeded.
Qualifications:
A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Meticulous attention to detail, especially when it comes to following recipes, recording data, and maintaining cleanliness. Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
