$19.00-22.00/hour Summary The Powder Coat Helper supports the powder coating department by washing, drying, and preparing metal parts prior to coating. This position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, tolerate prolonged standing, and perform physically demanding work in high temperatures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Wash and dry parts prior to the powder coating process.
- Prepare materials for production while maintaining quality standards.
- Move parts safely throughout the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the powder coating department.
- Follow all PPE and safety requirements.
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand continuously for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
