B Shift - Monday-Thursday, 5:45 PM-4:15 AM Job Summary We are hiring Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting the production process through palletizing, case packing, blending, rework, and quality inspections. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to maintain a steady work pace while following instructions and production standards. Responsibilities Perform palletizing, case packing, blending, rework, and quality inspection tasks. Maintain a consistent work pace to meet production goals. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all hygiene and safety requirements. Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback. Communicate with team members regarding material needs, quality concerns, and safety issues. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, twisting, and lifting. Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds . Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
