Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and organized Production Assistant to support daily production activities, materials preparation, and team operations. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment while gaining practical experience in production and operations. Responsibilities Assist with daily production and operational activities. Help organize materials and work areas. Assist team members with assembling, preparing, or handling products as needed. Check materials and products for visible issues or discrepancies. Move and organize supplies throughout designated work areas. Follow established workplace and safety procedures. Communicate shortages, damaged materials, or other concerns to supervisors. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed products when needed. Support team members with general production tasks. Help ensure daily production activities are completed efficiently. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Reliable and dependable work habits. Ability to work in a hands-on environment. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable performing physical tasks as required. Safety-conscious and responsible approach to work. Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, retail, or operations experience is a plus but not required.
