You'll do well in this role if you: Show up on time and ready to work Have a "can do" attitude and jump in where needed Pay attention to details and follow processes Enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced kitchen Work well with others and communicate clearly What You'll Do Prepare cookie dough (measuring, mixing, portioning) Bake, cool, and package finished cookies Label products accurately (dates, flavors, lot codes) Pack wholesale and online orders Keep workstations clean and organized Follow proper food storage and FIFO practices Help track basic production data (inventory, temps, batches) Support opening and closing tasks Requirements ServSafe Certification (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a commercial kitchen environment Preferred Experience Bakery or food production experience Experience following recipes or structured processes Why Join Sweet Girl Cookies Early shift—afternoons free Supportive, team-oriented environment Established brand with steady operations Opportunity to grow and learn in food production

Pay:

$15.00•$17.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you able to consistently work Monday-Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM and arrive on time for a 6:00 AM start?
