We are seeking a production assembly associate to join our production team that is responsible for overall appearance and assembly to produce fall protection equipment, while maintaining a high level of quality standards based on product specifications and achieving production goals.THE COMPANY YOU WILL BE JOINING

Full time, first shift work. Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm, Friday 6am-2:30pmWHAT THE ROLE DOES
Read and comprehend workmanship standards, verbal instructions. Assemble components and products according to standard operating procedures and work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. Inspect products for quality and report defects or discrepancies Work with other members of the production team to assemble or sew products using an automatic sewing machine. Assist in packaging and labeling when needed. Document production activities and maintain accurate records. Able to use reason to solve problems as they arise and follow all safety guidelines. Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist and walk through the production area throughout the work shift.THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing. Extremely organized and detail oriented. Familiarity with basic model shop tools, sewing machines and procedures along with manufacturing processesSimilar remote jobs
