2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, 7:00am to 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 7:00am Greene Resources is seeking Production Workers to join a growing team in Durham, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a manufacturing and cleanroom environment. Perform hands-on production work, including basic assembly, fabrication, and testing. Operate equipment and tools used during the production process. Help set up and organize workstations. Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Willingness to learn new processes and equipment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working with your hands and performing repetitive tasks. Must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including a lightweight cleanroom suit, eye protection, and gloves. Ability to stand, walk, sit, and move around the work area for extended periods of time, including up to 11 hours. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment or other manufacturing conditions, including potentially dirty or dusty areas depending on the department. Reliable attendance and a willingness to work the assigned 12-hour rotating schedule.
