Competitive Earnings Opportunity:

$13.62/hour base pay with the potential to earn additional production incentives. Employees earn incentive pay that increases their total compensation; however, incentive earnings vary by production performance and pay period. Stay On Bonus for new hires: $500 bonus after successful completion of 180 day probationary period of the new hire. Employee must adhere to attendance policy and remain in good standing without any written disciplinary action of any kind including safety violations.

Position Summary:

At Mainetti, we are looking for a Production associate to join our growing team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, sorting and packing product. He/She will maintain a safe work environment and foster positive team atmosphere while meeting daily production goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working with and reporting to the Shift Line Leader. Maintain a safe work environment and strong safety culture. Set up production lines, organizing materials and resources to ensure production efficiency. Perform picking, packing, material handling and other production department functions. Keeps work area clean and organized. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements:

Experience in production environment preferred. Experience working as a member of a team. Knowledge of PPE and safe work practices. Knowledge of production and process efficiency principles helpful. Ability to handle fast paced work environment. Ability to stand, lift up to 50lbs, repetitive motion, turn, bend and walk for long periods. Ability to maintain visual focus on continuously moving products for extended periods.
