Franklin, NC 28734 About the Role AccuForce is hiring hard-working Production Associates (Utility / Nester) to join our team at a premier manufacturing facility in Franklin, NC. This is a fast-paced role with solid potential to convert to full-time permanent employment for dependable team members ready to learn and grow. What You'll Do Inspect and grade wood species using quality standards and the Wood Eye numbering system. Fill wood defects and assemble stable, high-quality material packs. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace in an industrial environment.

What We're Looking For Physical Readiness:

Able to stand for 8-10 hours and routinely lift up to 20 lbs.

Mobility:

Comfortable with frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and stooping throughout your shift. Attention to

Strong visual acuity to spot defects on moving production lines.
