Schedule:

7pm-7am 2-2-3 Responsibilities

Assist the Press Operator with daily production on flexographic printing presses.
Maintain supplies at the machine, including film cores, ink, solvents, and other materials needed for production.
Load raw material onto the press unwind and help with material changeovers.
Change printing sleeves, anilox sleeves, cylinders, and other press components as directed.
Perform press wash-up duties, including turbo wash and cleaning of pans, pumps, rollers, and surrounding work areas.
Support quality, productivity, and waste-reduction goals for each printed job.
Monitor production for defects and communicate concerns to the Press Operator or supervisor.
Keep the press area organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
Assist with routine maintenance, minor adjustments, and line clearance procedures.
Move materials, finished product, and waste as needed using proper equipment, including an electric pallet jack when required.
Follow all safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and company policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and the quality system.
