In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and supporting manufacturing operations within a controlled clean room environment . The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn while contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-quality production process. This position is responsible for supporting the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including yield, quality, productivity, and safety . Responsibilities Repair defective cell strings according to established procedures. Accurately complete production inspection and machine documentation. Maintain a clean, organized work area while following clean room protocols, gowning requirements, and contamination control procedures . Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements. Complete shift handovers and communicate equipment or production issues effectively. Monitor product quality and report any defects or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and maintain efficient operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives by following best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience The following experience is highly preferred, but not required : Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment. Experience following standard operating procedures and quality standards in a production setting. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety. Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions. Ability to work in a controlled clean room environment while wearing required PPE and following gowning procedures.
