Full Job Description About Us:

We're a small but growing apparel decorating company specializing in bulk orders and on-demand production. Our team is passionate about quality, creativity, and delivering great products to our clients. We're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us!

What You'll Do:

As a Production Assistant, you'll be a key player in our day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prepping and cleaning screens for screen printing Operating heat press and embroidery machines Catching garments at the dryer Performing quality control checks Packaging and shipping finished products Supporting other production tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Screen printing and/or Embroidery experience Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Team player with a positive attitude Dependable, flexible, and eager to grow with the company Why Join Us?
