Support our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer as an Administrative Assistant II. In this role, you'll manage complex scheduling, coordinate critical administrative functions, and serve as a key liaison between departments. You'll maintain accurate data systems, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure smooth daily operations through effective organization and problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while working with scientific research and development teams.REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment required
- Professional certification in administrative management or related field beneficial
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with database management and record keeping
- Proven ability to exercise discretion with confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Ability to coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
- Business level English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial
- Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, computer use, and occasional light lifting
