Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Associate to join our team. Production Associates are responsible for performing hands-on manufacturing and production tasks while maintaining productivity, quality, safety, and accuracy throughout the workday. Employees may be assigned to different production departments based on business and staffing needs. Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to learn different processes are important for success in this position. This is a hands-on, production-focused position involving repetitive and manual labor. The role requires employees to remain on their feet for most of the shift and work in a non-climate-controlled production environment. Responsibilities Perform assigned production and manufacturing tasks according to company procedures. Operate or assist with production equipment and machinery as trained. Measure, sort, package, label, assemble, or otherwise process products as assigned. Maintain consistent production speed and accuracy throughout the shift. Follow all safety, quality-control, and sanitation procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete repetitive production tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Meet department production goals and quality expectations. Work in different departments or production areas as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding production issues. Follow all company policies and procedures. Follow the company's strict telephone usage policy. Personal cell phone use is not permitted during production time except during designated breaks or when specifically authorized by management. Keep personal electronic devices stored in designated areas while working, as required by company policy. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift. Perform repetitive manual labor for extended periods. Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds. Frequently bend, reach, grasp, push, pull, and use hands and arms. Maintain a steady pace in a production-based environment. Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, where temperatures may vary. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Production & Performance Expectations This is a production-based position. Employees are expected to maintain productivity while meeting established quality and safety standards. The company may offer production-based bonuses for employees who meet or exceed applicable production goals. Bonus opportunities are based on company and department criteria and may vary by position and production requirements. •Overtime may also be available depending on production volume and business needs•Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or manual labor experience is helpful but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in different production departments as needed. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds. Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment. Must be able to comply with the company's strict telephone and personal electronic device usage policy.
