Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review Daily Production or Activity Schedule (New models, trials, critical issues) 2. Gather information for variances in planned activity and feed to upper management. Non-conforming products or processes, critical process failures, production schedule variance, quality sorts, etc 3. Time and Attendance of subordinates 4. Manpower adjustments to cover absentees and scheduled vacation 5. Enforcing company policies to all departmental associates. 6. Monitor and enforce 5S for the department including safety 7. Handling minor associate / subordinate disputes 8. Support and review new hire training activity for the department 9.Verify work standards and other process-related documentation are controlled and current. Input ECR in PLEX for needed updates. 10. Help with root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming processes or products 11. Support internal auditing processes 12. Communicate effectively to subordinates and management 13. Review and support any associate concerns •Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor •Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures at all times.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor safety though out the shift and daily tasks of associate though all shift 2. Monitors and support assigned processes, ensuring compliance with the productivityplan based on quality and safety
FCC NC. 3.
Investigate and analyze the root cause of problems, and provide the idea of possiblecountermeasures for trouble reports. 4. Understand the Heat-treat Process and how it effects the parts 5. Know how to shutdown and startup the Heat-treat process 6. Contributes with improvement towards the HT department. 7. Ensure quality, equipment, and associate safety. 8. Assigned duties to Group leader,Floaters, operators. 9. Understanding Scheduling from PC department to make orders. 10. Know and understand cycle counts for inventory purposes. 11. Wearing FCCNC uniform correctly. 12. Is able to resolve problems in the production report and deliver correct results to the management team. 13. Has ability to train new employee at all position. 14. Follow all instructions given under supervision. 15. Help keep scrap cost down. 16. Help keep O.E.E Up. 17. Know how to use the computer for PLEX and Excel. Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role. Education and/or

Training:
On-the-job Training for Production TL in accordance with
Production Training Matrix Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, often up to 8-12 hours. May require the mobility to push and pull carts and lift up to 30 lbs as part of routine job duties. Ability to read and interpret detailed documents, including blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing plans. Ability to work in environments that may be noisy, dusty, hot, cold, or otherwise physically challenging. •Ensure that the Manufacturing Team Lead can effectively oversee the production process, assist team members when necessary, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
