12-Hour Shifts - 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Operators to join our manufacturing team in Maiden, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of machine operation experience, a strong work ethic, and a proven history of stable employment. Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Perform routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns to supervision. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Accurately complete production and quality documentation. Assist with material handling as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Previous forklift experience is preferred. Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ability to work overtime as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements. Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
