Not Specified Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Frame Doffer to join our production team. This position is responsible for weighing fabric as it comes off the production line and ensuring materials are processed efficiently to maintain production flow. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, perform repetitive heavy lifting, and meet production demands without allowing fabric to accumulate. Responsibilities Weigh rolls of fabric as they come off the production line. Accurately record weights using industrial scales. Maintain continuous workflow and production speed. Handle and move fabric rolls safely and efficiently. Ensure fabric does not accumulate or delay production processes. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards. Keep work area clean and organized. Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift and handle fabric rolls weighing 40-50 pounds . Heavy lifting is a mandatory function of this position. Ability to work at a consistent production pace in a fast-moving environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Prior manufacturing or textile experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry 40-50 pounds throughout the shift. Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and standing. Work in a production/manufacturing environment with continuous activity.

Pay:

$16.00 per hour
