12-Hour Rotating Schedule (2-2-3) We are seeking experienced manufacturing professionals with at least one year of production or machine operating experience who are looking for long-term career growth in an advanced manufacturing environment. This position offers a structured path to develop into a highly skilled Production Operator through hands-on experience operating complex equipment, learning troubleshooting techniques, and supporting continuous production operations. Career Advancement Path Employees are expected to build technical expertise as they advance through the operation: Packer (Typically first 3 months) Line Operator (After approximately 3 months) Slitter Operator (Typically within 9-12 months) As employees progress, they learn machine setup, product changeovers, quality control, troubleshooting, and advanced production processes while increasing their responsibilities and earnings potential. Pay Details:
