Production Operator Schedule:
12-Hour Rotating Schedule (2-2-3) |
Day & Night Shift Opportunities Pay:

In this role, you'll assist with operating and monitoring production lines that manufacture high-quality nonwoven fabric products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. What You'll Do Production Operations Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of production lines Review work orders and verify product specifications Monitor equipment performance and notify leadership of abnormalities Support machine start-ups, shutdowns, and product changeovers Maintain recycling and reclaim material systems according to procedures Change extrusion screens after receiving proper training and authorization Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions Assist with preventive maintenance and routine production activities Maintain accurate production and electronic records Quality & Inspection Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process Perform routine inspections following quality procedures Identify and report defects, abnormalities, and quality concerns Review production information in manufacturing operating systems Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards Communicate quality issues to laboratory personnel, team leads, and supervisors Safety & Teamwork Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions Wear required PPE, including hearing protection Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Participate in shift handoff communications Collaborate effectively with operators, team leads, laboratory personnel, and supervisors Support team goals and production schedules Contribute to continuous improvement efforts throughout the operation What We're Looking For High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to learn manufacturing processes and equipment operation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift Ability to frequently lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Pay Details:
