Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker specialized in Manufactured Home in the Pembroke area to assembly to join our manufacturing team. This role involves the efficient and precise construction of manufactured homes, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with factory processes, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations in a dynamic setting. Pay is 13 to 16hrs. Hour Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm, Duties Assemble manufactured home components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques in accordance with technical drawings and production documentation. Measure and inspect parts using various measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions accurately for precise construction. Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to move materials and assembled sections efficiently. Maintain adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards throughout all phases of production. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and assisting in implementing lean manufacturing practices. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets while ensuring quality control. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices skillfully during assembly processes. Follow manufacturing management procedures to document work progress and quality checks. Must pass background check and drug testing.

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
