About the Role We are looking for reliable individuals to join our team in Ramseur, NC, as a Floater/Gluer. In this role, you will play a key part in our production process by managing gluing machinery, ensuring product quality through inspection, handling packaging duties, and providing flexible support across various stations on the manufacturing floor. Key Duties Manage the operation of gluing machinery to ensure efficient and safe production cycles. Support the team by assisting with various assembly and packaging requirements. Help maintain high standards by carefully inspecting finished goods for accuracy and quality. Adhere to all established safety protocols and operational procedures. Ensure the workspace remains tidy and orderly to promote a productive environment. Provide versatile support by moving between different workstations as operational needs dictate. Help the team achieve consistent production and quality benchmarks. Complete additional general manufacturing tasks as requested by supervisors. Requirements Demonstrate consistent attendance and arrive on time for every shift. Thrive in a high-speed manufacturing setting. Maintain physical stamina to stand for long durations and execute repetitive motions. Lift objects weighing up to 50lbs as part of daily duties. Utilize a sharp eye for detail to ensure product excellence. Follow both written and verbal directions accurately. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
