We're hiring Production Associates to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Salisbury. This role combines machine operation, forklift operation, quality checks, and production support in a team-focused environment.
• What You'll Do:
• + Operate production and molding equipment + Move and stage materials using a forklift + Monitor production processes and quality standards + Record production data and complete required paperwork + Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met + Assist with troubleshooting minor production issues + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area + Work with team members to achieve daily production goals •

What We're Looking For:

• + Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or forklift experience + Forklift experience required + Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to accurately complete production documentation + Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic + Ability to work overtime as needed + Team-oriented attitude
