The Role:
We're hiring Production Associates with the drive to master craft. You'll operate Industrial sewing machines, dye-sublimation printers and a calendar heat press, stage materials, scan inventory in our WMS, and uphold our Safety-First, Quality-Always standards. Prior sewing experience is required.What You'll Do:
Run Production Cells- Operate and maintain Industrial sewing machines, as well as other machines necessary for production. Quality Control at Every Step
- Inspect print color/registration, transfer quality, dimensional accuracy, and finishing; record checks for analysis; stop-the-line when standards aren't met. Inventory Control
- Own accurate intake, staging, and outbound scanning—ensuring all physical movements are correctly reflected in our WMS via PDA. Shipping & Logistics
- Pack finished textiles to quality specifications, palletize, generate labels, load/unload; operate a forklift (we'll train/certify if needed). Safety Culture
- Keep work areas clean and audit-ready; maintain clear attention to safety protocols operating near heavy machinery, follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and chemical handling; contribute to continuous improvement.
