Full-Time About HRG Offroad HRG Offroad is a growing manufacturer of suspension lift kits and off-road accessories sold world-wide. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable CNC Production Machine operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a production-focused position responsible for operating CNC lathes, CNC fiber lasers, and CNC press brakes to manufacture precision components. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing quality work while meeting production goals. Experience with CNC programming is a plus but is not required . Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes, CNC fiber lasers, and CNC press brakes Set up machines for production runs, including tooling changes and material loading Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Maintain quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues and communicate larger concerns to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality Qualifications Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating CNC lathes, fiber lasers, press brakes, or similar production equipment Ability to use precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods CNC programming experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to be part of a team that values quality and continuous improvement.
