Physical Labor:

Assist with daily production and material handling tasks Use basic hand tools to assemble, adjust, and prepare materials Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Operate production equipment such as manual strapping machines and miter saws Support packaging and shipping preparation processes Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow work instructions and safety procedures throughout the shift Work closely with team members to keep production moving efficiently Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

Basic knowledge of hand tools, including Allen wrenches, open-end wrenches, grinders, and reciprocating saws Ability to stand for an entire shift in a production environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday Comfortable reading a tape measure down to 1/32 inch accuracy Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety information Previous experience operating production or packaging equipment preferred Willingness to learn and work safely in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance We don't hire temps, we hire
