Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining various industrial machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless flow of manufacturing operations, supporting the creation of precision-engineered products. Duties Set up and operate a variety of production machinery for injection molding Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents Conduct precise measurements using calipers and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards in production. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to uphold operational efficiency and safety compliance. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; manage inventory and packaging processes as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently while adhering to quality control standards to produce defect-free products. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge including blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, shop math, fabrication techniques, and tooling setup. Experience operating various manufacturing equipment and fabrication tools. Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues effectively using technical manuals and diagnostic tools. Skilled in the use of hand tools and precision measurement instruments. Familiarity with factory environments including warehouse operations, assembly lines, materials handling, packaging processes, and factory safety standards.
