Job Description

Print Production/Graphics Team Member Full-time. Good pay, flexibility, benefits after 90 days. We are looking for a dedicated, flexible, hard-working individual to join our print production team. We need someone to set up and operate large format digital printers and assist in a variety of production and graphic design tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Experience is preferred but not required. You need to know how to use a computer, including familiarity with graphic design and CMYK printing, be comfortable around machinery, use basic tools, perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods, climb ladders and lift 40 lb. boxes. We work closely in a friendly, positive team atmosphere, and need someone who can be part of the team as well as work independently. Must be willing to work overtime as needed during peak production season.
Salary:
$16-$18 to start depending on experience. Full Benefits after 90 days Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, paid holidays/time-off, accrued vacation.
Full Job Description:
Set-up and operate multiple large format digital printers for a variety of products. These tasks include scheduling production, downloading and working with graphic art files, making color corrections, and ensuring proper registration, as well as troubleshooting mechanical and software issues. Other general shop tasks include unloading boxes from trucks, lifting boxes to/from shelves in warehouse. Cleaning and organizing of work area and shop as needed. Commitment, patience, and the ability to work independently under the direction of a supervisor and in collaboration with staff and other team members is a must. The position requires a focus on quality and attention to detail. This is NOT an office job, you must be comfortable working with machines, technology and getting your hands dirty working in a fast-paced production environment.
