Job Title:
Truck Treater Operator Department:
Operations Remote Status :
Onsite. Position not eligible for company housing, per diem, or rotational schedules.Schedule:
5 days on/2 days off. Mon-Fri, with the occasional weekend due to weather delays, customer requests, etc. Daytime hours.FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt, Hourly. "Home every night". Overtime is available and expected. Quarterly BONUSES Benefits (begin on the first of the month after start date): Health Insurance- traditional and high deductible plan choice; employer pays 100% of single HDHP Dental and Vision Insurance Employer Paid Life and Disability Insurance 401k with company match, immediate eligibility Paid vacation, sick, and holidays All positions are eligible for bonuses FRs and PPE provided Paid training Job Summary Provide chemical treatments to oil wells according to customer specifications and company processes.
- other duties as assigned Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment Properly load trucks Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner, as scheduled Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale build up, etc.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years in oil and gas industry is preferred.Certifications/Licenses:
Class A CDL preferred, Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement required.Driving Requirements:
Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations. Physical Requirements- Lift and carry up to 100 pounds, tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment.
- Indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme weather, precipitation and wind.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, interpret and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDSs), operating instructions, and procedure manuals. English language fluency in reading, writing speaking, and comprehending. Bilingual is beneficial. Computer Skills- Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, and programs such as OneNote for recording daily deliveries. A smart phone is required for this position. Mathematical Skills
- Ability to accurately calculate and record chemical inventory is crucial. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using weight and volume measurements. Work Ethic
