• + Technician Level I (first 6 months) + Technician Level II-III (1-2 years) + Technician Level IV (3-5 years) + We support your growth at every step!

• What You'll Do Each Day:

• + Build and assemble composite parts with your hands, focusing on small parts and careful detail (sometimes in tight spaces) + Follow clear instructions and use digital tools to do your work + Keep your work area clean and organized, following 6S workplace principles + Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality + Always follow safety guidelines, wear your PPE, fill out necessary paperwork, and work together with your team •What Makes a

Great Candidate:

• + Solid work history (steady and reliable) + At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or similar work + High school diploma or GED + Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely + Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet + Basic computer skills to follow instructions and record work

Day Shift:

• Monday
• Thursday, 5:00am
• 3:30pm (with overtime on Fridays) +

• Evening Shift:

• Monday
• Thursday, 3:30pm
• 2:00am (with overtime on Fridays). Get a 10% pay boost for evening shifts! +

• Weekend Shift:

• Friday
• Sunday, 5:30am
• 5:30pm (with overtime during the week). Receive a 12% pay differential for weekends!
